Open Studios Online are a unique opportunity for close dialogue between artists (directly from their workspaces) and interested people. Held by videoconference, Uncool Artist's International Open Studios Online is free and open to the public.
This is your chance to learn more about different artistic practices, ranging from ceramics to painting, from video to textile, from the perspective of the studio day by day.
Os Open Studios Online são uma oportunidade única de diálogo próximo entre artistas (diretamente dos seus espaços de trabalho) e pessoas interessadas. Realizado por videoconferência, o International Open Studios Online da Uncool Artist é gratuito e aberto ao público.
Essa é a sua chance de saber mais sobre diferentes práticas artísticas, que vão da cerâmica à pintura, do vídeo ao bordado, do ponto de vista do cotidiano dos ateliês.
KATIA POLITZER
The artist will briefly overview her studio, commenting on works from different moments of her trajectory and in various supports. With a focus on ceramics, glass, fabric, and organic materials, her production covers several languages. For the occasion, Kátia will emphasize the most recent works and those in progress.
A artista mostrará um pouco do seu ateliê, com uma visão geral de diferentes trabalhos de distintos momentos da sua trajetória e em suportes variados. Com foco em cerâmica, vidro, tecido e materiais orgânicos, sua produção percorre linguagens diversas. Na ocasião, Kátia dará um foco maior aos trabalhos mais recentes e àqueles que estão em processo.
REITCHEL KOMCH
In her Open Studio Online, the artist will open her studio space to show her ongoing processes, which go from working in painting to working with fabric and sewing thread, as well as some experiments in sculpture. Reitchel Komch’s journey involves attempts to seek proximity to her ancestry.
Em seu Open Studio Online, a artista abrirá o espaço do seu ateliê para mostrar os processos em curso, que transitam do trabalho em pintura, ao trabalho com tecido e linha, assim como algumas experimentações em escultura. In Tricia’s Open Studio Online, you can see her small studio through a computer camera tour. Afterward, the artist will present some of her work in detailed images through a presentation.

MARINA QUINTANILHA
Marina Quintanilha’s Open Studio Online will be an opportunity to get to know her studio space through a tour through the artist’s cell phone camera. First, she will show some of her work and, later, select photographic documentation of her photo-performance process, created for every one of her paintings.
O Open Studio Online de Marina Quintanilha será uma oportunidade de conhecer o espaço do seu ateliê através de um passeio pela câmera do celular da artista. Primeiro, ela irá mostrar um pouco das obras, depois serão exibidas imagens fotográficas do processo de fotoperformance que a artista cria para cada uma de suas pinturas.
G IMAGINATIONS
G Imaginations will talk about recent ongoing work in his Open Studio Online. Then, the audience will have the opportunity to see a very different interpretation of his video work, which deals with such themes as autobiographical trauma and the intermingling of pop culture and possible otherworldly fantasies.
G Imaginations irá falar um pouco sobre um trabalho recente que está em processo em seu Open Studio Online.
